The barrier arm skirt adds additional security for cases in which the width of the barrier arm is insufficient. Barrier arm skirts are ideal in situations where access restriction above and below the barrier arm is desired. The 70" Over-Climb protection effectively negates any attempt to pass over the barrier arm skirt.
